  • Use and evolve our Marketing Project Management Governance Framework to drive clarity, efficiency, and impact from project intake to delivery
  • Lead the use of the Marketing Project Value Scorecard Framework to ensure all initiatives are aligned to business goals and deliver measurable results
  • Own the development of project plans in Asana or Jira (including key milestones, task ownership, dependencies) and ensure seamless collaboration across project communication channels
  • Drive projects forward, proactively managing risks, resolving blockers, and adapting plans as needed to stay on track
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication, including regular check-ins, stakeholder updates, and alignment meetings
  • Foster strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and accountability
  • Standardize and scale execution by creating playbooks, templates, and best-practice guides from project retrospectives
  • Analyze workflows and marketing operations to uncover inefficiencies and recommend strategic enhancements that boost team effectiveness and operational performance

To be successful in this role, you'll also:

  • Provide strategic input during planning to help marketing and cross-functional leaders scope and prioritize projects based on impact and effort
  • Manage team capacity and align resourcing needs to timelines and project scope
  • Deliver clear, actionable updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Track and report on key performance metrics across marketing and cross-functional initiatives
  • Identify and escalate potential roadblocks or inefficiencies early, offering potential solutions
  • Provide operational excellence, continuously improving how work gets done
  • Offer project management guidance and advisory to teams outside marketing that need it

Your experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 8–10+ years of experience in marketing project management, program management, or integrated marketing operations
  • PMP certification or equivalent required
  • Deep expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies; experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent functional and cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level marketing operations, and experience supporting brand marketing, product marketing, demand generation, or customer lifecycle campaigns
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Extreme attention to detail — include your favorite ice cream flavor in your cover letter so we know you read this!
  • Great interpersonal and leadership skills with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Jira wizard and Slack master with advanced proficiency in other project collaboration tools (Asana, Confluence, Mural)
  • Hands-on experience managing complex projects in Jira, especially in company-managed environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

Your superpowers:
