Compensation: $70,000 base + uncapped commissions ($150k+++ potential)

Requirements:
As National Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with driving ranges, country clubs, and municipal golf facilities nationwide. You’ll navigate complex decision-making structures, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive deals from cold or warm introductions through to signed agreements.

Requirements:
- Must have high-ticket sales experience within the golf industry (preferably golf technology)
- Must have experience selling to driving ranges, country clubs, and municipal facilities
- Must be able to navigate complicated organizational structures to reach decision makers
- Must have experience developing sales from cold or warm introduction to signatures
- Existing connections with upper level management, management groups, or owners a big plus
As National Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with driving ranges, country clubs, and municipal golf facilities nationwide. You’ll navigate complex decision-making structures, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive deals from cold or warm introductions through to signed agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own national sales strategy and execution across a high-potential, multi-segment golf market
- Lead sales efforts from prospecting to closing, including live product demonstrations
- Work closely with owners, operators, and management groups at the highest levels
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Serve as a key ambassador for the brand in a competitive and evolving space
- Proven success in high-ticket sales within the golf industry (golf tech preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to sell into driving ranges, private clubs, and municipal facilities
- Skilled in navigating layered organizations to reach key decision makers
- Track record of developing business from first contact through final signature
- Existing network of high-level contacts in the golf industry is a major plus
