What You Will Learn

A technical expert sought to elevate our digital education and sales enablement platforms. This role oversees the strategy, development, and execution of engaging learning experiences for internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms, content development, and platform administration. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are crucial, as this role will work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless platform integration and user adoption. A data-driven mindset is essential for analyzing platform performance and optimizing training effectiveness. This role reports to the Director of Aesthetic Digital Enablement with support from the VP of Brand Education on skinbetter science.

Key Responsibilities

Docebo (LMS Platform)

  • Platform Management: Oversee daily administration, ensuring optimal performance, user accessibility, and system stability.
  • Learning Analytics: Develop comprehensive reporting, leveraging Google Analytics and native LMS tools to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions. Measure training program effectiveness.
  • Content Localization: Manage localization of global content for the US market, focusing on cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy. Expand Spanish learning content.
  • Learning Plan Development: Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning plans and assets using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with external agencies for platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • eLearning Strategy: Collaborate with Education Department to align digital learning strategies with business goals. Ensure content alignment with learning objectives and work with SMEs.
  • Virtual Training Management: Oversee backend organization of all virtual education training and live instructor-led sessions.
  • Platform Enhancements: Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, brand departments, and leadership to address platform needs and drive improvements.
  • Gamification: Plan and execute gamification initiatives within the LMS platform.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage departmental budgets and expenses.
  • User Onboarding: Provide training and support for key stakeholders on LMS navigation.

ProSite Support

  • Troubleshooting: Address technical site performance and functionality issues.
  • User Management: Manage user access and permissions.
  • Site Maintenance: Work with external vendors to manage site maintenance and updates.
  • Content Updates: Create IT development tickets for content updates and new resources.
  • Testing and QA: Test and validate site enhancements and updates.
  • User Documentation: Create and maintain user guides.
  • Training: Conduct training on ProSite functionality for new hires.

Highspot (Sales Enablement): All tasks are done with the support of the Digital Aesthetic Enablement

  • Platform Management: support the onboarding of Highspot to skinbetterscience. Then, manage daily administration of the Sales Enablement Platform (Highspot), ensuring optimal performance, stability, and user accessibility.
  • User Support: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
  • eLearning Content Development: Create engaging modules for continuous product education.
  • Skills Enhancement Training: Collaborate with internal training teams to create targeted eLearning modules focused on enhancing sales skills.
  • Template Development: Develop and maintain standardized platform templates.
  • Homepage Management: support the design, maintenance, and optimization of the platform homepage.
  • Platform Governance: Establish and enforce governance policies, usage guidelines, and best practices.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze platform performance data and guide cross-functional team leaders on using analytics.

Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing LMS (Docebo) and Sales Enablement (Highspot) platforms.
  • Expertise in eLearning content development tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
