We’re a growing international organization seeking a Senior Sales Development Specialist to lead our new client attraction and qualification initiatives. This is a fully remote, 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for a proactive leader focused exclusively on the front-end of the sales funnel.
Your Mission
- Proactively identify and engage new potential clients for our premium programs.
- Attract and qualify high-potential leads through outbound channels.
- Conduct in-depth discovery to assess client needs and strategic fit.
- Rigorously qualify leads and seamlessly hand them off to our dedicated closing team.
- Continuously refine outbound strategies to maximize qualified lead generation.
- 5+ years proven success in new client acquisition, lead generation, or sales development.
- Exceptional skills in prospecting and initial rapport building.
- Strong communication and discovery call expertise.
- Highly organized, analytical, and proficient with CRM.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability for lead quality and volume.
- Motivated by a 100% commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
