The Opportunity
Thunkable is looking for our next Creator Success Associate to support our global community of mobile app creators. You’ll work directly with users to ensure they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build apps — including those that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.You’ll thrive in this role if you’re excited about helping users succeed, love solving technical problems, and enjoy working cross-functionally with teams across Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You’ll also advocate for our creators by sharing product insights and real-world feedback that helps shape our platform — especially as we deepen our AI capabilities to make app building more powerful and intuitive.This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in a technical support or customer success role while gaining hands-on experience in the no-code and AI space.
What You’ll Do
Become a product and AI expert on Thunkable, with a deep understanding of how users integrate AI-powered features into their apps
Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound creator questions via Intercom, the Thunkable Community, social media, email, and more
Help creators resolve product issues and share AI-enabled workarounds or new creative solutions
Build and prototype Thunkable app solutions — often showcasing how to use our AI components and features
Collaborate with internal teams to test and escalate bugs and ensure timely resolution, especially those related to AI workflows
Provide structured feedback to improve Thunkable’s AI features, creator documentation, tutorials, and support content
Help identify compelling creator case studies (especially those using AI) and support the development of user stories for Marketing
Contribute to support team operations by developing scalable, repeatable processes and internal tools
Support our creator education initiatives by contributing to AI-focused resources such as documentation, tutorials, and Community training content
What You’ll Need
Comfort working with technical tools and platforms — whether through formal education, technical side projects, or past work experience
Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI, LLMs, and how they can be used in mobile apps
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset, with experience in support or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and AI-related concepts clearly to non-technical users
A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your feedback directly shapes product decisions
Bonus if you have experience with other no-code or AI tools such as (but not limited to): Figma, Airtable, Firebase, Xano, OpenAI, Loveable or Replicate

What will you get when joining our team?
This position offers a competitive salary that is based on a combination of factors including location. The salary range for this role in Indianapolis is between $50,000 and $60,000 per year and will be based on qualifications and skills. If the successful candidate is located in a different location or country, the salary may vary based on the cost of living, currency and other local factors. We are open to discussing salary with candidates who are interested in the role and may be willing to negotiate based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
