The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $113,900 CAD - $170,900 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.

You will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering data from market-based compensation surveys and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
- Benchmarking jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
- Monitoring and analyzing all aspects of compensation programs to gauge the effectiveness of our program designs.
- Supporting our compensation business partners to address compensation-related issues and inquiries in assigned areas of the business.
- Assisting with the execution of compensation cycles across the organization, including; annual compensation and promotion cycles, annual equity cycle, annual company bonus program, etc.
- Partnering with HR stakeholders to implement employee communications related to total compensation programs.
- Designing and implementing training and enablement materials for our Titans and business partners.
- Defining and building global compensation policies and guidelines.
- Identifying areas of process optimization to support future growth and scalability.
- Conducting regular compliance checks on programs and identifying any areas of risks or improvement opportunities (e.g. emerging trends/ issues/ best practices) that need to be addressed.
- Minimum of 5 years compensation experience.
- Experience supporting global compensation programs and design.
- Advanced Google Suite/Microsoft Office skills (you’re considered the excel/sheets guru at your company).
- Experience with HRIS and Compensation Software implementation and administration (Workday and Payfactors an asset)
- Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills; ability to simplify the complex and tell a story with data and insights.
- Experience educating non-subject matter experts on compensation designs and practices.
