The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for recommending, demonstrating and implementing legal technology solutions to customers. This role involves working closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and then presenting our product proposition in a way that resonates with them. The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar environment and will be able to demonstrate how they have added value to their organization by streamlining business processes. They should also possess excellent communication skills as well as being solution orientated when dealing with customer queries or problems.

About The Role

In this opportunity as a Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Partner with sales teams to identify potential clients who may benefit from utilizing legal technology solutions
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Understand customer requirements and develop effective strategies to address them
  • Provide expert advice on how best to implement solutions
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance etc., ensuring everyone is aware of upcoming projects
  • Manage project timelines effectively
  • Ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Monitor progress against agreed targets
  • Identify risks early on so appropriate action can be taken if necessary
  • Review final results once completed


About You

You're a fit for the role of Solutions Consultant if your background includes:

  • Law degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with generative AI and SaaS solutions in a legal environment
  • Familiarity with Legal Research services and methodology
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset and highly desired
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Highly organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromise on quality
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality work under pressure
  • Ability to influence others through persuasive argument
  • Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation techniques, conflict resolution strategies, active listening and relationship building tactics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of relevant software packages used within industry sector desirable
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
