Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests through email or internal platforms
  • Submit and update information using digital forms
  • Follow up with applicants or users when needed
  • Keep accurate records of communication and progress


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools (forms, email, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be based in the U.S. and 18+
