Principal Process Engineer – Mining Consulting & Metallurgy
Palaris
Full timeAbout the “Right” Person for this Role
You’re someone who can open a door and keep it open—not with a sales pitch, but with credibility. You know how to start the right conversation, earn trust, and demonstrate value without overselling. Clients respond to your technical depth, your insight, and your ability to cut through complexity. You have a natural drive to win work and deliver meaningful impact. Your experience isn’t limited to the study or design phase—you’ve been in the field, seen how things come together during construction, and understand how decisions on paper translate to outcomes on site. That grounding gives you an edge in conversations and decision-making, because you’ve seen projects built and know what it takes to get them over the line.
We’re looking for a rare blend: a technically sharp process engineer or metallurgist who also thrives in client conversations and commercial decision-making. This is more than a delivery role—it’s for someone who instinctively understands what matters, who brings hands-on construction experience to the table, and who uses that insight to influence decisions and shape value.
About Us
Palaris is a global technical consulting firm supporting clients in the mining and metals sector with independent engineering, due diligence, and strategic technical advice.
