What’s the Job?
- Provide Customer Support to customer inquiries regarding general class action lawsuits.
- Translate FAQ's back to consume-from legal to layman terms.
- Maintain great customer service, and calmness through customer issues and inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting quality experience.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to interpret information-verbalize knowledge and understanding.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- 1st Shift 8:30 to 5:30pm PST
- Monday through Friday
- Weekly Pay every Friday
- Competitive pay: $21.00hr
