Role Overview

We are seeking a fast-learning, supremely organized person to coordinate workstreams in English and Japanese for a cutting-edge digital therapeutic mobile app that is in the development stage. We are looking for a star who will get up to speed on a complex project and be able to grow into progressively more responsible challenges quickly.


Key Responsibiilities

Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating projects for the project team and external clients 

Prepare and maintain project documentation (meeting minutes, task trackers, timelines, reports, etc.)

Serve as a liaison between Japanese-speaking and English-speaking teams and clients

Support communication through translation/interpretation (emails, meetings, documents) 

Help schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items

Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Confluence/Jira)

Identify and communicate potential delays, risks, or dependencies

Support the process ensuring compliance with ISO and other standards

Support on clinical trial requirements and standards

Support localization workflows (e.g., copying and pasting text to prepare it for review or editing)

Support team members in daily coordination and administrative tasks


Experience Required

  • 1+ years of experience in a project coordination or operations support role


Skills Required

  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken (business level or above)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Comfortable with productivity tools, particularly the Altassian suite


Skills Preferred:

  • Knowledge of project management practices (Agile/Scrum)
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
  • A background or strong interest in health tech or clinical operations


Location: remote but Vancouver, BC-based preferred

Salary range: US$48-55k
