Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer to take strategic ownership of UI development efforts for a high-impact healthcare technology initiative. This is a senior, advisor-level role suited for a self-driven Angular expert with proven experience in cloud-based development environments and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be instrumental in the migration from on-prem Angular deployments to Blocks (a proprietary cloud framework), guiding UI changes across multiple scrum teams. Our ideal candidate thrives in autonomy, brings thoughtful leadership to technical decisions, and operates with professionalism and curiosity in a cross-functional enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead frontend architecture and implementation using Angular 17 and above (Angular 19 preferred)

 Take ownership of UI development across multiple scrum teams, providing expert guidance and hands-on development

 Collaborate with teams to migrate on-prem Angular applications to cloud-based Blocks infrastructure

 Evaluate UI change requests and determine scalable, sustainable frontend solutions

 Utilize low-code and AI-powered tools to accelerate code generation where appropriate

 Ensure code quality, performance, and accessibility standards are met

 Partner with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to bring intuitive, elegant experiences to life

 Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

$45-55/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills And Requirements

6+ years of frontend development experience with Angular, including expertise with Angular 17 Strong understanding of cloud-native development and frontend deployment in cloud ecosystems

 Proven ability to operate autonomously, make architectural decisions, and mentor others when needed

 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 Strong communication skills and a collaborative, upbeat attitude Experience with Blocks or similar enterprise low-code/cloud UI frameworks

 Background in UX design or close collaboration with design teams

 Prior experience in regulated industries like healthcare or pharmaceuticals null
