The Disney Ad Sales Pricing & Planning team is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate who will be an excellent addition to our Sales Planning Specialist team. In this role, you will play a role in driving revenue generation across the Disney Ad Sales organization by providing support & mentorship to our Planners & Planning team. The Sales Planning Specialist will be passionate about the coordination, training, education, and development of our Planning team and will focus on developing new materials and maintain all existing materials to reflect current workflow & processes, sales strategies, and sales tactics. The Sales Planning Specialist will also play an integral role in the plan to IO workflow by owning approvals & QA across all plans & IOs in Operative. One.
Furthermore, the Sales Planning Specialist will build and manage relationships with key business partners at various levels of the organization to build better business practices. Job Summary:
The hiring range for this remote position is $89,700 - $125,900 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Job Summary:
- Play a key part of the plan to IO workflow by helping to manage approvals & QA across all plans & IOs in Operative.One
- Manage all onboarding & training efforts for new & current Sales Planners including the development of new materials and upkeep of existing materials. Also includes oversight of training schedules, user account & systems access requests, etc.
- Support the Planning team by serving as subject matter experts and assisting with questions, requests, and troubleshooting related to plan building, system errors, discrepancies, etc.
- Serve as the Planning liaison to adjacent support teams such as Account Management, APSE, Finance, Client Connect, APSE, Compliance, etc.
- Support the Planning team and other adjacent support teams by assisting with questions, requests, and troubleshooting related to plan building, system errors, discrepancies, etc.

- Serve as the Planning liaison to adjacent support teams such as Account Management, APSE, Finance, Client Connect, APSE, Compliance, etc.
- A minimum of 3+ years working in a digital/linear advertising capacity
- Experience working within a national sales organization
- Experience working with Operative.One, Salesforce, and ad servers preferred
- Experience with training & education preferred
- Outstanding Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Able to present complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand format and in an engaging manner
- Dedicated with a positive approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized & multitask
- Interest in a fast-paced environment
