We’re looking for a Senior Creative to help us push boundaries. This isn’t about filling a title—it’s about finding the right mind. Whether you’re a Senior Designer, Art Director, or Creative Strategist, if you can shape ideas, lead thinking, and bring bold experiential concepts to life, we want to hear from you.


Who you are:


You’re a conceptual thinker, a strategic storyteller, and a creative leader with deep roots in experiential and exhibit design. You thrive on collaboration, love pitching big ideas, and can turn briefs into experiences that move audiences and deliver results.


You're just as comfortable in front of a client as you are sketching in a notebook. You know how to bring brands to life in physical spaces and can guide a team through vision, design, and execution.


A typical day:



  • Lead creative development for major exhibit and experiential programs—from concept through to execution.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand strategy, messaging, and business goals.

  • Pitch and present to clients with confidence, clarity, and creativity.

  • Inspire internal teams and mentor younger creatives.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

  • Translate ideas into visual storytelling—through sketching, mood boards, decks, and concept visuals.

  • Contribute to proposals and new business development as needed.


What you bring:



  • 8+ years of experience in experiential or environmental design, exhibit design, or branded environments.

  • A portfolio that shows both concept development and design execution across a range of physical brand experiences.

  • Ability to think strategically and deliver compelling creative aligned with business objectives.

  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills—both visually and verbally.

  • Comfort working with clients, guiding conversations, and influencing direction.

  • Working knowledge of design tools such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; V-Ray and 3D rendering skills are a plus.

  • Understanding of fabrication methods and materials.

  • Background in an experiential agency, training in industrial or environmental design, or any related creative field.


Where you work:


Our core creative teams are based in places like Baltimore, Toronto and Amsterdam. This posting is primarily for candidates based in North America who bring the right experience and fit. Eastern or Central time zones preferred, but flexible/remote arrangements are absolutely possible for the right candidate.
