What You Will Be Doing
- Engaging in personalized, high-touch communications with prospective families via phone and email—addressing inquiries, alleviating concerns, and fostering strong relationships.
- Organizing school tours by coordinating internal schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring families are well-prepared and enthusiastic.
- Crafting and managing student shadow days that cater to individual family needs, ensuring a seamless and well-communicated experience.
- Meticulously tracking interactions and follow-ups using tools like HubSpot to guarantee no detail is overlooked.
- Embodying Alpha's educational values and philosophy in every interaction and communication.
- Making admissions decisions or changing school policies.
- Waiting passively for paperwork—your approach is proactive and engaged.
- Sending generic responses or treating families impersonally.
- Working in isolation; you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive experiences.
- Relying on repetitive scripts—this role demands dynamic, real-time communication.

Basic Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing or family-facing role.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks accurately and with follow-through.
- Comfortable engaging in phone conversations with warmth and professionalism.
- U.S.-based with the legal ability to work without visa sponsorship.
- Background in admissions, education, hospitality, or operations.
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Familiarity with campus logistics or family engagement in a high-trust environment.
