What You Will Be Doing

• Engaging in personalized, high-touch communications with prospective families via phone and email—addressing inquiries, alleviating concerns, and fostering strong relationships.
• Organizing school tours by coordinating internal schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring families are well-prepared and enthusiastic.
• Crafting and managing student shadow days that cater to individual family needs, ensuring a seamless and well-communicated experience.
• Meticulously tracking interactions and follow-ups using tools like HubSpot to guarantee no detail is overlooked.

Basic Requirements

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
