We’re looking for a Data Partnerships Manager to join Marble to help power SettLit, our product focused on legal access to health data. In this role, you will lead the sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding of new data partners, helping us strengthen our delivery of health records to legal professionals involved in mass tort and litigation processes. Our Data Partnerships Manager will report directly to our CEO, working closely with internal stakeholders across product, engineering and the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the quality, completeness, and legal usability of prospective partner data before initiating integrations
  • Lead partner negotiations including data access rights, pricing, contract terms, and service level expectations (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with internal Legal, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure secure, compliant, and seamless onboarding of new partners
  • Own and manage the partner lifecycle from initial outreach through post-integration performance monitoring and optimization
  • Define and track success metrics related to data partner performance, coverage, turnaround time, and data reliability
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and external ambassador for Marble at industry events, partner meetings, and legal tech conferences
  • Stay informed on healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), litigation trends, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and market relevance

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in partnerships, BD or vendor relations in a regulated industry
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Strategic thinker with proven negotiation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator
  • Demonstrated behaviours that reinforce Medchart values: Hunger, Humility, and Care

Bonus Experience

  • Familiarity with EHRs, HIEs, or clearinghouse systems
  • Experience in legal tech or litigation support
  • Experience in the HealthTech or MedTech space
  • Prior exposure to HIPAA, data use agreements, or consent framework

What Marble Offers

  • An opportunity to have an outsized impact at an early stage technology company focused on solving critically important and valuable consumer healthcare data challenges
  • Amazing culture powered by an inspired, highly-collaborative team that believes in Medchart core values: Hunger, Humility, and Care
  • Excellent visibility, growth, and personal development potential, working closely with company founders and executive leadership
  • Highly competitive compensation and benefits in a rapidly-growing, mission-driven early stage company
