What's this role about?

As a Team Lead on the Account Management team, you'll take on a hybrid role as both a top-performing individual contributor and a coach to a growing team. You'll be responsible for driving expansion within existing accounts while mentoring Account Managers to hit their targets, refine their skills, and succeed in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. If you're passionate about sales leadership, team development, and delivering value to customers — this is your role.

What will I be doing?

  • Closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet your monthly revenue targets
  • Coaching Account Managers through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance check-ins using tools like 15Five and Gong
  • Supporting the onboarding and ramp-up of new team members in partnership with our enablement team
  • Promoting accountability and excellence in CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and value-based selling
  • Identifying coaching opportunities through call reviews, sales activity, and pipeline analysis
  • Contributing to hiring, onboarding, and team development as we scale
  • Leading by example — sharing best practices, removing blockers, and championing team wins
  • Guiding reps through complex opportunities and helping shape deal strategy

What are we looking for?

  • Proven success in an Account Management or Customer Success role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong track record of retaining and growing revenue within existing customer accounts Experience coaching or mentoring others — formally or informally — with a clear passion for team development
  • Strong command of CRM tools like Salesforce and a consistent, data-driven sales process
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A growth mindset with the ability to balance individual performance and team support

Compensation Details:

At Auvik, our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive, reward performance, reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ, based on research from various sources of market data, which are reviewed on a regular basis.

The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.

In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auvik's future successes. Auvik employees are eligible to participate in additional benefits and programs including our comprehensive health and dental benefits plan, Wellness spending account, GRSP matching program, flexible paid time off, paid parental leave program, and are eligible for remote working subsidies.

OTE (Base + Target Incentive) Range:

$109,000—$141,000 CAD
