About Lobos 1707 Tequila
The year was 1707 in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, Blue Weber agave was cultivated by jimadors to produce an agave spirit, known today as Tequila. As Diego Osorio, our founder’s great-great-grandfather, learned about this liquid and transported it in sherry wine barrels to his native Spain, he discovered the liquid aged within this sherry-bathed oak created a smooth and elegant Tequila unlike any other. Honoring this rich tradition, our unique process and world class Tequila is created by Master Distillers from Mexico and Spain. In this spirit, Lobos 1707 represents the best of both worlds.
About CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka In North America
Unlike most vodkas, which are made from grain, CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is gluten-free and distilled from fine French grapes; a process inspired by over a century of wine-making expertise and craftsmanship. It is the fine French grapes and the fifth distillation at the historic Maison Villevert Distillery in the South of France that give CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka a distinctive flavor with an exceptionally fresh, citrus taste.
The CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka distillation process ensures the best possible flavor. While all Vodka is distilled, CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is distilled five times. Fine French grapes are specially selected for harvest and made into a wine. The wine is distilled four times in column stills. In the fifth distillation, CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is truly created in a traditional, tailor-made copper pot still at Maison Villevert Distillery in the south of France.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, creatively-driven Creative Producer who can bring big ideas to life across photo, video, and social content. You’ll work closely with our internal creative team and external partners to take concepts from brainstorm to shoot day to final delivery, making sure everything runs smoothly, stays on budget, and looks great.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the creative process but lives for the logistics, a true doer who knows how to turn ideas into production-ready plans, and then bring them to life with taste, speed, and precision.
What You’ll Do
Partner with art directors, copywriters, strategists, and brand leads to scope and plan creative projects
Manage production from pre-pro to post — including timelines, budgets, shoot logistics, call sheets, and vendors.
Book talent, locations, stylists, photographers, and directors as needed for shoots.
Oversee both lo-fi and high-production executions (from TikTok content to campaign films).
Own day-of shoot production, ensuring talent, crews, and creative run efficiently
Support post-production workflows — including editing, music licensing, and final delivery.
Maintain a roster of trusted freelancers and vendors, while helping vet and onboard new talent.
Ensure creative output is on-brand, on-brief, and on time.
What You Bring
4–6 years experience in creative production, either in-house, agency, or studio-side.
Experience managing both still and motion shoots (editorial, social, campaign, or branded content).
Deep understanding of content formats across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital.
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the details
Comfortable managing production budgets and contracts.
Collaborative, resourceful, and always two steps ahead.
Bonus: Experience with influencer/content creator collaborations and UGC-style production.
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel as needed.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry (up to 25 pounds).
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary for creative project deadlines.
