Flodesk is one of the world's fastest-growing email marketing companies, built to help creators sell online and design emails that people love to get. Our commitment to small business owners is to create simple and intuitive tools that help them grow, nurture, and monetize their email list.

We're a remote-first company headquartered in San Francisco, California, with a globally distributed team—including an in-person office in Da Nang, Vietnam. Our team reflects the diversity and creativity of the people we serve. Join our mission to level the playing field for small business owners through good design

Who we are:

We're evolving our social media presence to match the future of marketing: fast-moving, video-first, and creator-led. That's where you come in. As our Content Creator & Social Lead, you'll be the on-camera personality, behind-the-scenes producer, and cultural pulse-keeper of the Flodesk brand. You'll own our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, driving growth and engagement through short-form content, trend-savvy storytelling, and product education that resonates.

You'll work closely with our executive team—including our co-founders and Head of Marketing—to shape and share the larger Flodesk story: why email marketing matters, how it's changing, and why Flodesk is uniquely positioned to serve the next generation of small business owners and creators.

This role is perfect for someone who loves making content that feels human, helpful, and high-impact—someone who can jump from ideating a new video series to filming in-app tutorials, and then editing a story recap from an IRL event.

Ready to help small businesses fall in love with email, one post at a time? If so, this may be the job for you.

What you'll do:

  • Grow Flodesk's social presence - Engage users on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, with a focus on short-form video content, narrative storytelling, and creator-first trends
  • Content creation- Create (and often times star in) compelling, platform-native content that reflects our brand voice and connects with small business owners and digital entrepreneurs
  • Engage directly with our audience- Foster real-time connection and community growth through conversation, comments, and DMs
  • Collaboration-
    • Work closely with Flodesk's execs and the marketing team to translate brand and product narratives into clear, engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts
    • Partner with product marketing and brand to develop content that supports feature launches, tutorials, and community education
    • Coordinate with our Partners and internal team to manage content co-creation and social-first campaigns with creators and influencers in our community
  • Performance optimization- Track performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and business impact using analytics tools
  • Be in the know- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and creator economy shifts to ensure our content is always relevant and resonant
What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing with a proven record of growing and engaging audiences
  • Enjoys being on camera and telling stories that feel both natural and compelling
  • Ability to translate big ideas and product concepts into content people actually want to watch and share
  • Has a deep understanding of what works on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads—and how to adapt brand voice accordingly
  • Highly collaborative and energized by working closely with executives, creatives, and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in the culture of creators, small business owners, and digital entrepreneurs
  • Basic video editing and content production skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, etc.)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first, startup environment where creativity and autonomy are highly valued

What you'll love about working here:

  • You'll lead content in a company that deeply values creativity, voice, and brand
  • You'll work alongside a visionary leadership team that believes in telling better stories, not just louder ones
  • You'll help shape how Flodesk shows up online—not just now, but in the long run
  • We offer competitive compensation and a supportive, fully remote team environment

What we bring:

  • $80,000-90,000 base salary
  • 100% remote with a monthly internet stipend
  • Fully paid health insurance
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Unlimited flexible time off
  • 401k match (US employees only)
