Overview | A Manual Verification Specialist will work assigned MV tasks, including Public Records requests, completing audits of the MV history, regularly meeting an MV quota, and aiming for continually faster turnaround times. A successful Manual Verification Specialist is skilled with time management and capable of moving through work speedily without allowing accuracy to suffer.
Candidates with speech or hearing impairments are encouraged to apply, as these do not affect the essential functions of this role.
Hours: Generally 8-5 Monday-Friday, working one weekend a month, which allows for flex time during the weekdays.
Responsibilities | Duties include but are not limited to:
Full-time positions are scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. Part-time positions are scheduled to work a maximum of 30 hours per week. Equipment, benefits, and perks are not provided to part-time employees. This job is open to candidates authorized to work in the US and located within US borders.

Responsibilities | Duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform manual verifications of credentials for EverCheck Clients who require it
- Perform sporadic Public Records requests when assigned
- Prioritize credential verification based on a tiered system of urgency
- Communicate when necessary with EverCheck Client Success Managers
- Stay educated about changes to verification policies for each credentialing board
- Perform weekly audits of MV history on a rotating basis
- Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication
- A high comfort level working with spreadsheets
- High attention to detail
- Ability to stay motivated and attentive while doing repetitive tasks
