About The Role

Are you a dynamic, high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in new business development? If so, we're actively searching for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the charge in propelling our growth into uncharted territories.

As a Sales Manager, you'll play an integral role in introducing Andar/360 CRM, online fundraising, and cloud hosting solutions to previously untapped nonprofit organizations. Your role as a trailblazer will be pivotal in extending our reach and making a lasting impact in the sector.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy:

  • Identify and target new business prospects through strategic prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies to engage potential clients and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate internally to craft compelling presentations and persuasive pitches.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with the Andar Software Team to shape customer-centric offerings and strategies.
  • Manage a sales territory and achieve quarterly/annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Follow up on leads received through our website, events, webinars, and any other marketing sources to qualify sales opportunities.
  • Providing accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts and reporting as required
  • Promptly and accurately track activities in CRM in accordance with A360 data entry processes.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

We're seeking an exceptional individual who thrives in driving new business:

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales/new business development experience, with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Proficiency in executing and collaborating on targeted sales plans for new market penetration.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and a strong commitment to cultivating new relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to make compelling pitches.
  • Ability to thrive both in collaborative team settings and when working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience selling software to C-level executives.
  • 2 years’ experience using a CRM to track/organize your territory/accounts.
  • Willing to permanently work virtually from home.
