Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to maintain and improve software products, ensuring they meet security, stability, and compliance standards.
- Assist the Customer Success team by diagnosing and resolving customer issues, applying necessary fixes and patches.
- Develop a deep understanding of the system architecture, reverse engineer components, and document them for team-wide reference.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and implement DevOps best practices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct routine security updates, system patching, and performance enhancements to maintain software efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience in full-stack development, cloud services, and deployment.
- Proficiency in AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and React for full-stack development.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Java for desktop application development.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or BuildKite.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, and Linux.
- Strong understanding of Git and GitHub workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
