This role requires advanced project management skills, an in-depth knowledge of store processes, a high level of written and verbal communication and someone who can collaborate and advocate with key cross divisional partners on behalf of stores. This role will collaborate with internal/external partners and be responsible for executing new, relocation and decommission projects as needed for the business.
Responsibilities include working cross-collaboratively to ensure a successful outcome to a project, leads and may direct the start to completion on assigned projects and exercise discretion in making impactful decisions. This job is expected to keep up to date with trends and explore new opportunities. The Retail Operations Project Manager II is responsible for balancing multiple projects simultaneously. Scope of role is focused on moderate sized projects (generally under $1-3 budget) from start to finish or part(s) of larger, more complex projects.

Pay Range
$74,400.00 - $110,100.00 per year

Responsibilities And Qualifications
- Position requires onsite business travel for project support and leadership for launch of new stores, store relocations and store decommission; duration 4-10 days per project.
- Lead assigned projects; leadership may include providing direct support on various tasks associated with the project.
- Assures objectives of the project are successfully completed through effective collaboration with internal, cross-, and external partners.
- Partners with leadership in the overall development of strategies, planning, and implementation to meet both overall business and marking objectives.
- Ensure objectives of the project are successfully completed through effective collaboration with internal (team and cross-div), and external partners.
- Attends cross-divisional meeting with internal and external stakeholder to ensure objectives have been clearly delivered and are being acted upon. Informs leadership of any changes to original plan.
- Accountable for the accuracy of the content associated with the project.
- Responds to and/or coordinates inquiries on an agreed upon specified time frame.
- Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. Manage the change management process during the project
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated project management skills, ability to assess resource needs, reporting, budgeting.
- 3 years cross-divisional planning for medium sized projects.
- 3-5 years of retail operations, retail experience and understanding of the retail environment.
- Working toward or have achieved certification in Project Management.
- Six Sigma certification (or equivalent) preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office. Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project) preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and commitment to quality.
