As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved in the hiring process. You’ll be the master of logistics, expertly juggling scheduling, communication, and documentation. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will keep the process moving forward, ensuring the team can focus on finding the best talent. What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communication.
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring maximum visibility.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to meticulously document and track all recruiting activities.
  • Create a positive and welcoming interview experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate referrals, maximizing opportunities from internal networks.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Post job advertisements across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding packets to successful candidates.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and verify references.
  • Participate in recruiting events, such as open houses, job fairs, and campus recruiting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize recruiting efforts.

Must-Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year working in HR/Recruiting or a staffing agency, preferably as a Recruiting Coordinator or Office Manager.
  • Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong internet research and data mining skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience with advertising activities.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
