What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communication.
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring maximum visibility.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to meticulously document and track all recruiting activities.
- Create a positive and welcoming interview experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate referrals, maximizing opportunities from internal networks.
- Ensure timely and appropriate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Post job advertisements across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding packets to successful candidates.
- Conduct thorough background checks and verify references.
- Participate in recruiting events, such as open houses, job fairs, and campus recruiting.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruiting strategies.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize recruiting efforts.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Minimum of 1 year working in HR/Recruiting or a staffing agency, preferably as a Recruiting Coordinator or Office Manager.
- Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong internet research and data mining skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with advertising activities.
