As a Social Media Manager, you will be the voice and strategist behind compelling social media content. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage the social media calendar, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement. What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming social media requests from various stakeholders, ensuring each post is complete with compelling copy, eye-catching visuals, and appropriate tracking mechanisms.
- Schedule and publish content across key social media platforms, utilizing social media management tools.
- Write and review engaging social media copy tailored to each platform’s unique audience and best practices.
- Collaborate with brand marketing and other teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall marketing strategies.
- Maintain and organize the social media content calendar, balancing competing priorities and adjusting as needed to meet business objectives.
- Prepare regular performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, and engagement volume.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to continuously refine content strategy and performance.
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple social media channels and calendars.
- 2+ years of experience writing engaging and effective social media content.
- 2+ years of experience reporting on social media channel performance.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the technology or advertising industry.
- Experience with B2B social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
