Job Description
As the Influencer & Talent Manager Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and scaling relationships with influencers, creators, and talent partners across the FBG marketing ecosystem. You’ll drive campaigns and manage relationships with people that align with our brand goals, create cultural relevance, boost customer acquisition, and increase community engagement. This position reports into our VP Brand Communications and will be an integral role within the broader FBG Marketing team.

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. We ignite the passions of global sports fans and maximize the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally by offering products and services across Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming, allowing sports fans to Buy, Collect, and Bet. Through the Fanatics platform, sports fans can buy licensed fan gear, jerseys, lifestyle and streetwear products, headwear, and hardgoods; collect physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets; and bet as the company builds its Sportsbook and iGaming platform. Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes; and over 2,000 retail locations, including its Lids retail stores. About The Team
Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.
As the Influencer & Talent Manager Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and scaling relationships with influencers, creators, and talent partners across the FBG marketing ecosystem. You’ll drive campaigns and manage relationships with people that align with our brand goals, create cultural relevance, boost customer acquisition, and increase community engagement. This position reports into our VP Brand Communications and will be an integral role within the broader FBG Marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer and talent strategies to drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle: from sourcing and outreach to contracting, briefing, approvals, and performance tracking.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Social, and Creative teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with content creators, sports personalities, streamers, and other sports-adjacent talent.
- Manage contracts and ensure deliverables are met within legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and talent, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
- Ensure all influencer content is compliant with iGaming and sportsbook regulations.
- Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all talent-driven content.
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles, preferably within the sports and entertainment industries.
- Proven success managing influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong direct and manager/agent network of influencers, creators, and talent - especially within sports and entertainment communities.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, creator economy, and cultural relevance in digital content.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly.
- Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within FBG and the larger Fanatics organization.
- Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings.
- Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $96,000 to $120,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
