Business/Vertical:

The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers business management solutions that help home and field service small businesses work more efficiently and improve every touchpoint with their customers. Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management.

The Invoicing vertical within EverPro focuses on business management and payments solutions for small service businesses through our Invoice Simple and Joist products. These solutions help service professionals efficiently manage their business finances, from creating estimates and invoices to processing payments and tracking jobs. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and microbusinesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies.

Position Summary:

Are passionate about developing digital marketing strategies that drive growth for B2B SaaS companies. You have a strong operational mindset, and you are obsessed with leveraging data to build an optimization and testing framework that delivers on core KPI’s. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and key stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor overall website performance trends to identify shifts in webpage and/or channel performance. Tee up optimization opportunities to central services including conversion rate optimization opportunities (design, CTA, copy testing) and SEO/content opportunities.
  • Create a holistic digital marketing strategy with key benchmarks for acquisition and retention.
  • Support digital channel experts by regularly providing solution context including audience, product, industry, and competitor knowledge to drive digital strategy conversations for improved targeting and messaging.
  • Research and evaluate new paid channel opportunities including directories, affiliates, associations, and more.
  • Drive sales enablement projects and conversations to improve mid and bottom of funnel CVRs
  • Project manage small, cross-functional digital campaigns. Examples include new webpage development, new landing page test, new email nurture series
  • Manage an overall digital marketing budget using core KPI’s in collaboration with our internal digital team and other stakeholders.
  • Bring brainstorms, and fresh ideas to the team to consistently be thinking about new ways we can connect with our audience and drive leads, subscriptions, and activations.

Skills And Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of global marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS software
  • 2+ years of marketing experience with a subscription-based product
  • Experience leveraging data to drive holistic, full-funnel digital marketing strategies across both paid and organic digital channels.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing KPIs and data analysis skills
  • Know Google Analytics like the back of your hand
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely

Where: Remote, Ontario/Canada

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 CAD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
