Ready to revolutionize financial operations through the power of AI? Picture yourself architecting a financial ecosystem so sophisticated it can autonomously drive a billion-dollar education enterprise. Welcome to the future of finance at Trilogy.

We're not just another company looking for a number cruncher. We're seeking a visionary financial architect who can transform traditional finance operations into an AI-powered masterpiece. As our Regional Financial Controller, you'll be at the intersection of education innovation and cutting-edge financial technology.

If you're energized by the idea of replacing conventional financial workflows with intelligent automation, and you believe AI is the key to lean, efficient operations, we want to talk to you. This isn't about maintaining the status quo – it's about reimagining what's possible in financial operations.

Join us in building the blueprint for the future of educational finance, where manual processes are obsolete and AI-driven precision is the norm.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Spearhead the AI revolution in our financial operations by developing intelligent processes that eliminate human intervention
  • Harness the power of LLMs and automation to transform NetSuite, Ramp, and other financial platforms into a seamless, error-free ecosystem
  • Architect bulletproof systems for managing tuition, ESA payments, and tax compliance that scale effortlessly
  • Design and implement self-maintaining financial reporting structures that support multiple education verticals
  • Pioneer innovative solutions that enable billion-dollar growth without expanding the finance team

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing large teams - your focus is on building systems that minimize human dependency
  • Getting bogged down in routine month-end procedures or transaction approvals
  • Accepting inefficient legacy systems - you'll be empowered to rebuild from the ground up
  • Managing from the sidelines - you're a hands-on architect of change
  • Maintaining status quo operations - we're in high-growth mode, constantly evolving

Regional Financial Controller Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy an AI-powered financial infrastructure capable of autonomously managing multiple billion-dollar education ventures with zero human intervention required.

Basic Requirements

  • Professional certification in finance/accounting (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Proven track record in finance/accounting at a $100M+ organization
  • Deep audit expertise: either 5+ years at a top 10 firm or extensive experience being audited
  • Advanced proficiency with enterprise ERP platforms like NetSuite or SAP
  • Demonstrated success implementing generative AI tools in professional settings
  • Geographic location within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Understanding of U.S. K-12 education landscape including private, charter, and ESA programs
  • Track record of implementing finance automation or AI solutions from conception to deployment
