Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Revenue Accounting Manager to join their energetic team. In this position, you will have a chance to work closely with senior management and business leaders while managing the revenue recognition process for large customer contracts. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Accounting Manager, this role offers the selected candidate excellent support and a chance to grow their career. Main responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end revenue recognition process
- Ensure appropriate application of IFRS 15 to complex customer contracts
- Build out sophisticated Excel workbooks to record revenue
- Identify opportunities to enhance the accuracy and/or timeliness of the contract review process
- Collaborate across the organization to support revenue-related initiatives

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Post-secondary education in accounting and/or finance
- Completed CPA designation (or in final stages)
- 3+ years progressive work experience in finance and/or accounting
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with IFRS 15
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Advanced Excel skills
Assets:
- Prior revenue recognition experience
- Experience in SaaS or High-Tech industries
Compensation:
- $90,000-$100,000 annual salary
