We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Support Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will support day-to-day trading operations by ensuring the accurate and timely execution, settlement, and reconciliation of trades across multiple asset classes. You'll serve as a key liaison between trading, operations, technology, and clients, helping to identify and resolve trade-related issues swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor trade lifecycle events including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, breaks, and operational issues
Collaborate with internal teams (trading, compliance, technology) to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain accurate trade records and produce daily reports for stakeholders
Support system upgrades and user testing for trading platforms
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal controls and compliance procedures
Act as a point of contact for brokers, custodians, and counterparties regarding trade queries
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in trade operations, middle office, or financial services support
Familiarity with trading systems (e.g., Bloomberg, FIX, Eze, Charles River) and financial instruments
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
