We are seeking a data-driven and insightful Product Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping product strategy by analyzing user behavior, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights that inform decisions across product development, marketing, and customer experience. Your work will directly impact how we design, launch, and improve our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze product usage data to uncover patterns, pain points, and opportunities
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define success metrics and KPIs
Design and run A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes
Create dashboards and reports to track product performance and user engagement
Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders and customers
Support product roadmap decisions with data-backed recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a product or data analytics role
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methods
Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
