We are seeking a friendly, organized, and solution-oriented Client Services Representative to join our remote team. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely support, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to advocate for clients and help drive satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and helpful manner
Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments
Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Assist with onboarding and provide support through various stages of the client journey
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent service
