F*****l is a fast-growing company specializing in advanced compression therapy solutions. As a market leader in air compression boots and pants in Europe, we develop cutting-edge products for medical applications, wellness, and recovery.

As we expand into the U.S. market, we are looking for a highly driven, financially savvy Managing Director USA to establish and scale our U.S. operations efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be a generalist with strong financial expertise, P&L ownership experience, and an ability to drive sustainable growth. This role demands a strategic leader who can execute a go-to-market strategy, manage financial forecasting, and build a high-performance team while ensuring lean, efficient, and profitable operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Develop and execute F*****l's U.S. go-to-market strategy, ensuring effective market entry and scale-up.
  • Create P&L and cash flow forecasts, aligning business growth with financial sustainability.
  • Establish efficient distribution channels, leveraging direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B strategies.
  • Build F*****l's brand presence and competitive positioning in the U.S. market.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Take full ownership of the U.S. P&L, driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of financial accountability, ensuring tight control over cash flow and expenses.
  • Optimize operational workflows, supply chain efficiency, and cost structures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing U.S. team, ensuring top talent acquisition and retention.
  • Scale the company effectively, transitioning from a lean operation to an established team structure.
  • Instill a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. and European teams, ensuring strong alignment and execution.

Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on growth marketing, digital sales, and brand development.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand distribution and business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations relevant to F*****l's product category.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a CEO, General Manager, or senior executive role in e-commerce, medical devices, consumer health, or wellness.
  • Strong P&L ownership experience, with demonstrated ability to scale and manage financial forecasting.
  • Deep financial acumen, including expertise in cash flow management, budget optimization, and cost control.
  • Ability to build and scale a company from the ground up, including setting up operations and hiring key talent.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), B2B sales, and digital marketing.
  • A results-oriented, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with medical, FDA-regulated, or wellness products.
