What You Will Be Doing

• Architect next-generation AI systems that automate complex software development processes including architecture generation, dependency management, and predictive coding

• Standard software development implementing basic features without AI integration

Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement AI-driven systems that dramatically accelerate development speed, eliminate human error, and elevate code quality—directly impacting product time-to-market and customer satisfaction across the enterprise.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrable high-impact initiatives
• Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
• Successful track record implementing Generative AI solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to strategically leverage various LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve complex business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
