As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Cask, you'll play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and helping both our internal teams (Coopers) and our clients use data to solve real business problems. You'll lead initiatives to translate data into insights, support decision-making, and build scalable BI solutions that accelerate innovation across the organization.
This position is open to both full-time employees and experienced contractors. We're focused on finding the right person who brings the expertise and mindset to help us advance our data strategy.

Note: Base salary range is $100,000 to $125,000 CAD. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development and execution of Cask's enterprise data strategy—ensuring it's aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes
- Design, implement, and manage business intelligence solutions using Tableau and other visualization tools
- Work cross-functionally to gather business requirements and deliver data models, dashboards, and reports that drive meaningful action
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that improve operations, inform strategy, and drive value
- Provide expert-level guidance in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling and analysis
- Act as a service provider within Cask—responding to data requests, educating stakeholders, and measuring success based on outcomes driven by data
- Partner with tool owners, IT, and compliance stakeholders to ensure data governance, integrity, and secure access
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in BI, analytics, or a related role—ideally in a consulting or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization platforms
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling, advanced formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tell a story through data
- Experience implementing data governance practices that ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Excellent communication skills—you can translate complex data insights into meaningful narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
