We are seeking a skilled Legal Services Specialist to handle complex customer and client inquiries through various communication channels. This role serves as a key escalation point for resolving issues not addressed by standard processes, requiring exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills. This role requires a JD and would be a great fit for a tech savvy applicant with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve escalated inquiries, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM.
  • Work Environment: Quiet, distraction-free virtual workspace.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication; excellent documentation, conflict resolution and time management skills.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
