We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Corporate Recruiter to join our team. This position is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization by building high-quality talent benches, leading continuity planning, and driving long-term recruitment success.
This remote U.S.-based role will begin as a contract position with the opportunity to transition to W-2 employment. To ensure alignment with our values and mission, the selected candidate will complete a 30-day intensive onboarding program, which may include in-person training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Management
- Collaborate with our outsourced recruiting team, Contractor Staffing Source, to manage and monitor job postings.
- Screen candidates after assessment and video interview phases are completed and coordinate next steps in the internal hiring process.
- Conduct initial and ongoing interviews to assess cultural alignment, technical skills, and long-term potential.
- Embody and promote the company's values, mission, and the CEO's vision in all candidate engagements.
- Make thoughtful hiring recommendations based on both candidate capabilities and cultural fit.
- Maintain high-quality talent benches for all mission-critical roles.
- Source and nurture passive candidates to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
- Forecast staffing needs and implement continuity plans aligned with company growth goals.
- Track longevity and succession planning across all key positions.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, success rates, and hiring trends.
- Provide weekly recruiting updates directly to the CEO, supported by data and analysis.
- Leverage technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), to streamline the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Success: 95% of new hires meeting performance expectations within 12 months.
- Interview Completion: 90% of initial interviews completed within one week of candidate transition.
- Culture Fit Assessment: 100% of candidates evaluated for alignment with company culture and values.
- Talent Bench Strength: Active and qualified talent benches in place for all mission-critical positions.
- Weekly Reporting: Timely, comprehensive reporting of recruiting KPIs to senior leadership.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in fast-paced or scaling environments.
- Strategic thinker with experience in workforce planning, succession strategy, and passive candidate outreach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel occasionally for in-person onboarding/training (as needed). in CA
- Comfortable using ATS platforms and standard office/HR technology.
