About The Role

Are you ready to take the helm and lead our global strategy for system integrator partnerships? As the Head of Channel Partnerships at Helios, you'll report directly to the CEO (soon to be CRO) and play a pivotal role in shaping our future. This is your chance to drive strategic alliances that catapult our revenue growth through channel partners, making a real impact on businesses worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute a global strategy for system integrator partnerships, creating alliances that boost revenue.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with global channel partners, leveraging networks to enhance revenue streams.
  • Build and lead a dynamic team dedicated to driving new revenue, enhancing partnerships, and providing top-notch support.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to seize channel sales opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to develop tools that empower our partners.
  • Lead negotiations, ensuring agreements align with company policies for win-win outcomes.
  • Define KPIs to evaluate performance, analyzing results to refine strategies and drive improvements.
  • Recruit, motivate, and mentor a world-class team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in channel sales or within tech/SaaS.
  • Proven success in building and scaling global GSI partnership programs.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills for long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for executing partnership strategies that achieve business goals.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex ideas clearly.
  • Financial and data modeling expertise.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for high-pressure environments.
  • Strategic and creative thinking with a results-driven focus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with continuous improvement emphasis.
  • Experience in high-growth/pre-IPO tech companies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Familiarity with global payroll, payments, or HCM solutions.
  • Certifications: SEO certifications and/or HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of web analytics tools and marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with international markets and global marketing strategies.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish
