Key Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level business requirements into precise technical specifications and detailed user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Document complex business processes by creating comprehensive technical requirements that facilitate accurate system implementation.
- Conduct pre-deployment quality assurance to ensure solutions meet all requirements and adhere to industry best practices before release.
- Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements, maintaining alignment across teams.
- Write and optimize queries using Microsoft Transact SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting, supporting efficient database operations and analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for technical requirements, process flows, and system designs, ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project specifications.
- Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements, discuss technical solutions, and gather iterative feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, architects, and technical staff, to design, test, and implement solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends, support business decision-making, and uncover opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Ensure technical solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, upholding data integrity, security, and scalability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years working directly with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Transact SQL, with proven experience in writing and optimizing complex queries to support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Tableau or similar data visualization tools, with a track record of building and maintaining impactful reports for various business needs.
- Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar, to effectively document and manage project requirements.
- Demonstrated achievements in previous roles, with strong analytical skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments, with a readiness to embrace change, meet evolving business demands, and take on ambitious goals.
