Digital Marketing Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to bring our brand to life through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop digital marketing materials, including but not limited to: website graphics, social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, and other digital assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for various campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure all digital marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and creativity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and design
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital marketing materials
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the company website
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices
• Experience with web design and coding (HTML, CSS) is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
