Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead our international recruitment initiatives and drive business development efforts with U.S. clients. This is a unique hybrid role that combines deep talent acquisition expertise with strategic client engagement. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and sourcing top-tier talent for global placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with new U.S.-based clients looking for international staffing or recruitment services
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal sourcing and recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates to clients
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand client hiring needs, and propose tailored recruitment solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for international roles across tech and non-tech domains
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Negotiate terms and contracts in collaboration with leadership
  • Stay updated with global hiring trends, market shifts, and recruitment best practices


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and business development
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment market and global talent landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRMs, and sourcing platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with offshore/nearshore talent delivery models
  • Prior experience in IT services or staffing agencies
  • A strong network of U.S.-based clients or hiring managers
