Key Responsibilities


The Digital Product Analytics Manager will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making to support Agile Marketing Squads in delivering impactful, personalized customer experiences. This role is focused on leveraging digital data to analyze user behavior, optimize marketing and digital experiences, and provide actionable insights that align with business objectives to improve the digital user experience, campaign performance, and reduce areas of friction.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader who excels in uncovering trends, identifying optimization opportunities, and crafting insights that guide personalization, content strategy, and performance improvements across web, mobile, and digital marketing applications, as well as provide valuable input into the product roadmap for digital offer experiences.


What you will do:


Data Analysis & Insights:


  • Analyze digital user behavior across platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing channels, using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, and other digital data platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights by identifying trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity to enhance the digital experience and improve KPIs, such as engagement, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics across marketing campaigns and digital product initiatives, delivering clear, concise insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Design and develop A/B and multivariate tests to drive continuous improvement of marketing strategies and digital experiences.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with Agile Marketing Squads, as well as UX, product owners, digital analytics, and development teams, to ensure data insights are integrated into decision-making processes and marketing strategies.
  • Report on the ongoing initiatives on a regular basis of the Agile Marketing Squad and provide clear communication of progress, insights, and results to the broader eCommerce, Digital Experience, and Analytics organization.
  • Partner with the personalization and optimization teams to execute experiences on behalf of the Agile Marketing Squad on the digital properties and mobile applications.


Data Governance & Management:


  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected through tagging and tracking, working closely with developers to implement and maintain analytics setups.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations, ensuring analytics practices align with organizational and legal standards.
  • Proactively troubleshoot data issues, ensuring consistency and reliability across reports and dashboards.


Innovation & Trends:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital analytics, as well as with competitors and industry leaders to gain insights on how we may grow.
  • Experiment with emerging analytics tools and methodologies, such as predictive analytics and machine learning, to identify potential opportunities for innovation.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, marketing, business analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product or marketing analytics, with a proven ability to analyze and report on web, mobile app, and marketing performance.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, preferably with embedded roles in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, or Dynatrace.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Adobe Target.
  • Experience with Jira for managing workflows, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and tracking Agile team progress.
  • Strong understanding of tracking/tagging implementation using Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation, querying, and advanced analytics use cases.
  • Experience in the retail and telecommunications industry is an asset, with an understanding of eCommerce and service journey analytics considered a bonus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and predictive analytics is an advantage.
