**Summary**
The Project Coordinator supports PRI's project teams by managing communications, documentation, workflows, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and exceed quality expectations. The Project Coordinator works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to track deliverables, manage schedules, maintain project documentation, and support team activities. This role is responsible for creating workflows, assisting with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), preparing technical reports, coordinating meetings, ensuring Section 508 compliance, and monitoring project assignments. The Project Coordinator reports to project management leadership, supports process improvements, and helps ensure all project activities meet PRI's quality and performance standards.

**Summary**
The Project Coordinator supports PRI's project teams by managing communications, documentation, workflows, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and exceed quality expectations. This role is responsible for creating workflows, assisting with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), preparing technical reports, coordinating meetings, ensuring Section 508 compliance, and monitoring project assignments. The Project Coordinator reports to project management leadership, supports process improvements, and helps ensure all project activities meet PRI's quality and performance standards.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and PRI staff, representing PRI management.
- Manage client expectations and build collaborative relationships.
- Ensure deliverables are on time and exceed contractual obligations.
- Work with project team members to meet contract obligations and quality standards.
- Create workflows using MS Visio.
- Help develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare technical reports, including status and progress updates.
- Administer and participate in team meetings, including organizing logistics and preparing meeting materials.
- File and organize project documents (both hard and soft copies).
- Coordinate team activities and ensure all disciplines are aligned.
- Manage document version control and formatting quality.
- Track project changes and update schedules accordingly.
- Compile summary documents and integrate team contributions.
- Monitor internal project team assignments and report progress to managers.
- Develop detailed schedules with project phases and dependencies.
- Provide support to team members as needed, including technical assistance.
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have no conflict of interest (COI) as defined in 1154(b)(1) of the Social Security Act (SSA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred in healthcare, sociology, communications, English, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience providing project management support.
- Experience working with government agencies, medical professionals, or related programs is highly desirable.
- Ability to efficiently use reporting and communication tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project or other project management software, PowerPoint, Visio, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Constant Contact).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging medical professionals and government entities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data tracking/reporting tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to t ke direction and work independently.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
