What does a Manager, Talent Acquisition Do?

In this role, you will be the strategic force behind growing a seriously strong team who are passionate, driven, and make you wonder how you ever worked without them. You'll own and drive the end-to-end hiring process for technical, functional, and consulting roles both within the Salesforce space and beyond. You will help design and implement an ongoing recruiting strategy and partner with leadership and hiring managers to determine our hiring needs and sourcing strategies. You will also help support special projects across the organization as we grow and evolve.

A Day-in-the-Life:

  • Identifying hiring needs in coordination with the hiring manager, senior leadership, and growth strategies
  • Ideating, creating, updating and templatizing job descriptions and requirement profiles
  • Screening and identifying candidates and coordinating all candidate facing activities
  • Setting the standards for hiring practices and selection procedures
  • Setting all talent acquisition strategies and plans and executing against them
  • Own and innovate our recruitment presence externally across all platforms
  • Maintaining all candidate information including resumes, references, portfolios, interview notes, and assignments using our internal project management tools
  • Working with our Team Leads to determine hiring needs and refining our selection processes
  • Growing and fostering relationships while nurturing a candidate pipeline and staying ahead of hiring trends across the ecosystem and Sercante
  • Owning the follow up and response engine to push the interview process forward at a pace that is in line with both candidate and Sercante needs
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding experience and transition for new hires
  • Utilize your strong data analysis skills to provide benchmarks and metrics to guide decision making and best practice creation
  • Set social campaigns and media to stay top of mind at the right time!
  • Attend ad-doc recruiting related events with a focus on supporting and enhancing our brand presence and understanding

  • Have extensive experience in progressive talent acquisition roles within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and genuine enthusiasm for the community
