Title: Senior Vice President (Sales)
Duties: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the energy, oil and gas, and utility sectors for Encora. Provide leadership in identifying market trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and projects within the target sectors. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective business development strategies. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients of Encora in the energy, oil and gas, and utility industries. Understand client needs and collaborate with the sales, presales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality service delivery. Advise Encora senior leadership, Implement and optimize operational processes for efficient project execution and delivery. Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements. Provide strong leadership to Encora IT services team, including sales, presales, client project delivery managers, software engineers and programmers, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent (combination of education accepted) in Sales/ Marketing / Information Technology / Information Systems / Science / Engineering (any) / Related and 5 years' experience including 3 years of relevant experience in managing business development, sales and marketing strategy, account management, customer engagement for information technology services in the energy and utilities domain.(OR) MS or foreign equivalent in above AND 3 years of relevant experience in managing business development, sales and marketing strategy, account management, customer engagement for information technology services in the energy and utilities domain
