About The Role
The Senior Digital Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving Moncel's digital marketing strategy to achieve measurable growth in lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this position involves crafting and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies, managing performance campaigns, and leveraging data insights for maximum ROI.

- Collaborate across departments to ensure strategic alignment
- Establish and maintain robust reporting frameworks
- Build and manage partnerships and affiliate programs
- Foster innovation through continuous testing and optimization
- Support business scalability through marketing operations
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
- Advanced knowledge of SEO strategies and content marketing
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing ROI
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and deriving actionable insights
- Demonstrated success in building and managing affiliate programs
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Proficiency in marketing platforms and advertising tools
- Excellent collaboration, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital strategies
- Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and HubSpot
