Job Description

ITC Service Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AFL. Founded in 1999 and provides managed services and workforce solutions for the nationwide planning design, construction, installation and maintenance of voice, data, and video networks.

AFL and ITC were built and are operated on similar core values and philosophies. We recognize that our employees are our greatest asset. We are looking to hire a Resource Coordinator for remote work in the Atlanta area, though other locations for seating will be considered, specifically on the East Coast, if the Applicant has the desired experience for the position.

SCOPE

  • Works closely with the Senior Resource Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
    • Help manage the tech headcount and assist with their onboarding
    • Timesheet submissions
    • Tech readiness
    • Works with the Deployment Managers ensuring tech readiness
  • Conducts interviews with candidates for technician roles and make recommendations based on multiple factors:
    • Communication and presentation
    • Technical expertise
    • Attitude and enthusiasm
PROFILE

  • Helps resolve project issues and risks by interfacing with project personnel to include customers and suppliers
  • Works with internal teams to help resolve personnel requirement and field issues
  • Monitor implementation in accordance with time and quality/standards
  • Maintain access status, updating and increasing as needed
  • Maintain training records, updating and increase as needed
  • Understand quality requirements and implementation of the quality control processes

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a college or university with six to eight years related experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Organizational Awareness - Understands formal and informal structure and the climate / culture of the organization
  • Understands JIT (Just in Time) concepts as they pertain to EF&I Field Projects
  • Outstanding planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
  • Is self-motivated and can work from high level departmental goals
  • A team player that will work well in a cross functional team environment
  • Must have proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
