Role Overview:

We're seeking a results-driven Performance & Growth Marketer to join us as our first dedicated growth hire. In this role, you’ll lead strategic and tactical efforts to drive user acquisition, product engagement, and revenue growth through organic and paid channels. You’ll work directly with the founder and product team to build and execute high-impact experiments with a lean but agile approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Organic Growth

• Launch and manage organic acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, SEO, newsletters, referrals)
• Collaborate on content strategy: landing pages, lead magnets, blogs
• Grow brand and founder presence on LinkedIn
• Build early-stage community and partnership initiatives

Paid Growth

• Test and optimize paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) on small budgets
• Track and improve conversion rates, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns
• Implement tracking tools (GTM, pixels, UTM links)

Funnel & Analytics

• Own and analyze full growth funnel metrics (activation, conversion, CAC)
• Run experiments to reduce drop-off and boost onboarding success
• Work with product to align messaging and retention strategies

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in growth, performance, or content marketing
• Proven success with organic acquisition tactics
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog, Canva, Notion, Snovio
• Strong writing and execution skills—from strategy to reporting
• Action-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset
• Bonus: Experience in HR tech, SaaS, job platforms, or B2C products

• Steady increase in user activations and interview completions
• Employer sign-up growth with clear attribution
• 2–3 validated growth experiments launched monthly
• Development of repeatable growth playbooks
