Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences, including destinations, cruise lines, ship types, and amenities
- Search and recommend cruise packages based on availability, budget, and client interests
- Book and manage cruise reservations using our internal systems and supplier tools
- Keep accurate and updated records of all client communications and travel details
- Monitor travel regulations, cruise line policies, and promotions to provide up-to-date recommendations
- Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after booking to ensure an exceptional experience
- Passion for customer service and the travel industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable using digital platforms and web-based booking tools
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer
- No prior travel experience required
