About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing & Digital professional to build, scale, and optimize our marketing function, and ultimately lead the complete marketing operations at Gnapi Technologies. This leader will be responsible for driving profitable growth across all channels—digital, offline, and organic—collaborating with the senior leadership to support our overall business goals. You will design and execute innovative strategies that maximize ROI, accelerate customer acquisition, enhance our brand presence, and bolster organic growth through effective SEO and content marketing.


Responsibilities:

Build & Scale the Growth Function:

  • Develop and implement a holistic growth marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap from the ground up.
  • Establish the necessary infrastructure, processes, and team structures to deliver on key objectives and KPIs.
  • Evaluate and deploy marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) to enable streamlined, data-focused operations.


Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Own end-to-end growth marketing initiatives, from demand generation and customer acquisition to engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Drive experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to identify, validate, and scale successful channel strategies.
  • Oversee the planning and optimization of marketing budgets, making data-led decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Integrate SEO best practices into holistic marketing strategies to improve organic visibility and site traffic.


Performance Marketing, SEO & Content:

  • Oversee paid media (search, social, display, etc.), email, affiliate marketing, and other growth channels to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy—on-page, off-page, and technical—to improve search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Lead content marketing efforts, including content strategy, editorial calendar, and the creation/distribution of high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Set and track key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, CPA, ROI, organic traffic, keyword rankings, etc.) and regularly report on results, insights, and actions to senior leadership.


Analytics & Optimization:

  • Continuously refine funnel and channel performance by leveraging data analytics to enhance conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and overall profitability.
  • Monitor site performance metrics (traffic, bounce rates, etc.) and diagnose potential issues, implementing improvements to enhance user experience and SEO results.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making on content production, site structure, and keyword optimization.


Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team; identify areas for professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, finance, and other internal teams to align on overall objectives, drive synergy, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with creative teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and compelling campaign execution across channels.


Brand & Market Positioning:

  • Shape and elevate our brand story across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitive insights, and industry best practices to spot opportunities and threats.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and thought leader, promoting a customer-centric marketing culture throughout the organization.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).


Experience:

  • 5 - 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in driving digital growth, marketing automation, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Experience in a high-growth, start-up, or entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred.


Technical Skills & Tools:

  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards).
  • Proven experience with marketing automation (Hubspot, SFDC), CRM, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, and content distribution.


Strategic & Analytical Mindset:

  • Exceptional data interpretation skills with a deep understanding of funnel metrics, optimization techniques, and marketing KPIs.
  • Proficiency in building data-backed business cases and delivering insights to executive stakeholders.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and rallying cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative, proactive, and entrepreneurial thinker, willing to take calculated risks.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic environments, with an innate ability to adapt and pivot.
